### **Yes/No Criteria:**

- Resolves to “Yes” if during the Market Period, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) commences a military offensive intended to gain control over territory administered by the Republic of China (Taiwan) — including the main island of Taiwan or any inhabited outlying islands — in a manner consistent with a military invasion or assault.
  - “*Commences a military offensive*” refers to the initiation of coordinated armed force with the demonstrable intent to seize, occupy, or control territory, and does not include military exercises, airspace incursions, naval patrols, cyber operations, or other grey-zone activities that do not involve territorial seizure.
- Resolves to “No” if this does not occur during the Market Period.

### **Cancellation Conditions:**

If the market is cancelled, participants may reclaim their positions at the market value of their shares at the time of cancellation.

**Resolution details:**

The market resolves based on the Binance ETH/USDT spot price, using the 1-minute chart with the following specifications:

**Cancellation (Invalidity) Conditions**

- The ETH/USDT spot market on Binance is suspended or becomes unreliable.
- The Binance platform is unavailable or experiences significant disruptions.
- Any circumstance prevents reliable price tracking.
- Myriad Markets undergoes a change in its contract that demands a cancellation of all active markets, or a similar significant technical change.

In the event of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss, depending on the price of their outstanding shares.

**Resolution Criteria:**

The market resolves based on which asset first **reaches or exceeds the Market Target:**

- **“ETH”** if Ethereum (ETH/USDT) price on Binance hits or exceeds the Market Target.
- **“GOLD”** if Gold (XAU/USD) price on TradingView hits or exceeds the Market Target.

**Resolution Details:**

- ETH price will be tracked using **Binance’s ETH/USDT spot chart:**

- GOLD price will be tracked using **TradingView’s XAU/USD chart (OANDA):**

- The **1-minute candle close price** (“C”) will be used to confirm when a target is hit.

***Tie-breaker rules:***

- If both assets reach or exceed $5,000 **within the same 1-minute candle**, the first to hit the mark will be determined using finer candle data (e.g., second or tick data) from their respective platforms.
- Price spikes or brief wick touches that do not close above $5,000 will **not** count as a hit — only a candle **close** value is valid.

**Cancellation and Invalidity Conditions:**

- Either Binance or TradingView becomes unavailable, unreliable, or experiences major disruptions.
- Price data for either ETH or GOLD cannot be verified during the market period.
- Any significant technical issue prevents proper tracking or confirmation of the target hit.

*In case of cancellation, participants may claim their stakes at the current market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation. This could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of their outstanding shares.*
