Scammers are Targeting Decrypt Readers With Fake 'Token Swap' Emails

Scam emails advertising a fake DCPT token swap have been sent to Decrypt readers. Don't fall for it.

If you’ve recently received an email from “aidrops@decrypt.wal” directing you to a DCPT token swap, don’t click on it; it is a scam.

First and foremost: do not click on any links in these emails. These links may lead you to phishing websites designed to steal your personal information or cryptocurrency.

Do not share any personal information, wallet addresses or private keys with anyone via email or any other platform. Decrypt will never invite you to share this information.

Always verify information through Decrypt’s official channels. Check our website and social media accounts for any announcements to confirm news or updates.
