Billionaire biohacker Bryan Johnson is at it again, announcing on Twitter that he injected Botox into his penis. Hijinks, as they say, ensued.

Johnson claimed that his penis has already grown by one centimeter and that the injection improves erection hardness, peak systolic velocity, end-diastolic velocity, and sexual health satisfaction. Describing his actions as "therapy," he said the unorthodox move was part of a “double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled prospective comparative study” involving 70 patients with erectile dysfunction whose condition didn't respond to standard treatments like PDE5 inhibitors like Viagra.

His report logged over 500 comments, 800 retweets, and 900 bookmarks within a matter of hours.

“My penile function is optimal (EHS 4/4 and IIEF 25/25),” Johnson said, citing metrics he'd previously established for that particular part of his anatomy. “We are testing whether an intervention that showed positive outcomes with ED will enhance performance.”

Responses to Johnson's tweet were... mixed.

“This is the content I pay for,” photographer and artist Joelle LB said.

“And with one tweet, a whole new market is born,” science communicator and podcast host Liv Boeree responded.

“Thrusting humanity into the future,” Oklahoma Bitcoin Association Board Member Charlie Spears quipped.

YouTuber Davidson Video chimed in with a gender-swapped take.

More than a few followers struggled to connect the dots between below-the-equator Botox injections and the quest to live longer.

“I completely misunderstood when you said all the stuff you were doing was for longevity!” Steven Spencer replied.

Johnson has invested over $4 million on his quest for longevity. The Botox injections are his latest treatment for a better erection.

“What do men care about more than anything else?” Johnson previously told Decrypt. “A man's ability to be erect and to have a healthy sexual life is really important, and if a man cannot become erect and cannot have sexual intercourse, it is psychologically debilitating. It is a source of shame and embarrassment.”

Johnson has emphasized the need to end what he deemed self-destructive behaviors, but some may take issue with injecting chemicals into his body.

“Dude is now injecting a neurotoxin into his dick?” podcaster Rich Cooper asked.

While Johnson’s activities may shock, and some people—including Twitter owner Elon Musk—have scoffed at his claims, Johnson continues to take it all in stride.

“I’m having the time of my life,” Johnson said. “I know that headlines lead people to think inaccurate things about me, and that's okay—we can go on this journey together, and we'll find out who each other is in time.

“But no, I'm great, you're great, and this is going to be a good time together,” he added.
